I recommend this restaurant, the food is super delicious. I had the opportunity to go there on the recommendation of my dad and the truth is that my uncles and I loved it.Each one ordered a different dish, it took a while, but we liked sharing that moment as a family, the guy who served us was super friendly and respectful.

Excellent preparation of typical dishes and pleasant atmosphere. Because when the place is good, you return soon. I can't leave Huaraz without tasting a delicious dish here. Good attention.

I’ve had Cuy in Arequipa, Cusco and now at La Colina; it was simply the Best…. Crispy yet still juicy and well seasoned.The setting is like a garden ( covered dining areas) and has very typical Andian food.It’s a 10 min taxi ride from the center: downtown…. But a must visit restaurant if you are a tourist looking for that authentic Peruvian cooking experience. Bring a friend… portions are big…. Family style !I was the only foreigner……on a Monday lunch out of 100 locals. …. So not a tourist trap.Service can be slow (understaffed) but they still try their hardest to keep things moving. …. So if service attention is your thing….then Make sure you come early to avoid the rush.My only regret is that I found out about this on my last day, because I would definitely have come back to try a few more dishes off their menu.Prices are reasonable…. And WiFi good.Bon appetite!
